The 3 | 5 | 7 Vegan Challenge was created to cleanse our insides of all of the unwanted toxins and bi-products that come from some of the everyday things we might indulge in. It is quick start to help you begin your journey of EATING TO LIVE !!!
We start the 3 | 5 | 7 Vegan Challenge on the last Monday of every month. Remember this is not a DIET!
Here are the rules!!!!!
You pick the days - Do what is comfortable, 3 days, 5 days, or 7 days
Don't over eat #Pasta #Bread #Potatoes (pick one per day)
No processed sugars, only natural sugar that is in Fruits and Veggies
Don't eat anything that has a Mama!!!!! (that's why it's a #Vegan Challenge lol )
Be Happy about it, don't make this a diet, don't make it a bother. Be excited to cleanse your body of all crap!!!
