This is just a simple pasta with a sauce that is easy to make with a big taste!

Thank you Real Simple for this pasta!!!  This meal is an easy one that you can enhance.  I love garlic so to me the more the merrier.  If you want to spice it up a bit, add some fresh red pepper.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/4 cup (3 ounces ) green olives pitted
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pitted black olives,
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. First Cook your pasta according to directions ( Save 1/2 cup of pasta water )
  2. Toss the garlic,green olives , parsley , and basil into the food processor slowly add the oil . run the processor until smooth.
  3. Once you have your sauce heat it in a sauce pan over medium heat until the water is absorbed !
  4. Take your cooked pasta and 1/2 cup of pasta water and black olives put them in that sauce and heat
