Soo many people were asking about the recipe for the Chicken from the Cooking With Que #PopUp I wanted to post it for you 🙂

We are calling this #HeWillProvide #ChickenThighs! This one is for the #MeatEaters!

This is the best chicken you will taste in your life! From those who ate it! lol.

Whats really funny, is that they don’t understand how I cook food that taste soo good, and I don’t eat it!

I always say, I have the nose of a canine!

Ingredients

  • Chicken Thighs (cut off all the extra fat, leave the skin)
  • Your Favorite Marinade - I used a Shawarma Marinade (half a bottle for 10 pieces)
  • Fresh Lemon Juice (i juiced 1 lemon for 10 thighs
  • Lemon Zest (lightly zest each thigh)
  • Steak Seasoning (best seasoning ever, Light equal layer over all pieces)
  • Cracked Black Pepper (Lightly cover all meat front and back)
  • Fresh Garlic (you can never use to much garlic! I used 1 whole bulb)
  • Olive Oil (2 tablespoons for the bottom of the pan)
  • Himalayan Salt (2 pinches)
  • Capers
  • Fresh Basil
  • Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Season Chicken with all the items above
  2. Dump into a Ziploc bag, and pour the marinade in the bag
  3. Let the bag sit in the fridge overnight, or at least 3 hours.
  4. When you are ready heat up your frying pan over med high heat
  5. You are going to pan fry the chicken, backs down first, don't flip them until they have a nice brown color
  6. Flip to the other side, just to sear in the flavors, you are not cooking this until its done.
  7. Once you have them browned, place them in a baking pan
  8. Top with Capers, Basil, and Parsley
  9. Bake at 400 for 20 mins or until thoroughly cooked, and browned :)
  10. Prepare for your tastebuds to be SATISFIED!
