If you love the taste of a pasta salad that is so good that even the after taste is amazing,  this is it.  I’m promising you.  It’s a simple recipe that I use for any type of dinner.  It could be a Holiday dinner, or a Summer BBQ, this delectable dish will be the talk of your menu.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Rotini Noodles (rainbow makes it colorful)
  • 1 - 12 oz bottle of Italian Dressing
  • 1 -12 oz bottle of Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley
  • 4-5 fresh cloves Garlic
  • 1-2 Tomatoes (depends on what you like) Diced
  • 1 Large Cucumber (sliced in half, the long way, and then half mooned)
  • Other veggies (optional, sometimes when I'm feeling fancy I will add broccoli and olives, depends what the fridge has lol)

Instructions

  1. Boil Pasta (follow instructions on the box)
  2. Run the pasta under cool water so that they stop cooking. Mushy noodles make HORRIBLE pasta salad! I have to be honest. I know from experience!
  3. While the Noodles are cooking, Combine all of your veggies in a bowl with 1 bottle of Italian Dressing
  4. Next, add 1/2 a bottle of Balsamic Vinaigrette (add more to taste)
  5. Add a half bunch of fresh parsley and the minced garlic cloves
  6. Mix in cool pasta
  7. Garnish with parsley
