The lovely, Chris who is at every one of our classes mentioned she found this recipe . She was halfway through explaining and describing when we told her we NEEDED this recipe!

Cauliflower is a staple in Vegan, vegetarian’s diets and even meat eaters who live on a KETO diet !

Ingredients

  • One Head of Cauliflower
  • Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Italian Herb Seasoning
  • Fresh Thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees first . Prep time for this recipe is simple and quick .
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower. Place core side down on the cutting board
  3. Slice 4 steaks from the center of the cauliflower. * Each steak should be 1/2 inch thick. Place the steaks on oiled baking sheet with the loose cauliflower florets .
  4. Combine olive oil , 3 garlic cloves , salt and pepper , italian seasoning and thyme in a bowl. Brush a GENEROUS amount of this mixture onto both sides of the steaks.
  5. Place in the oven to roast for 15-20 minutes. until golden brown and cooked evenly .
  6. place on serving dishes and serve with Barbecue sauce !
