Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of kale
  • Liquid Aminos
  • Pepper
  • Cayenne Pepper (if you like spicy, if not ignore this ingredient)
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash your kale thoroughly
  2. put about a tablespoon of olive oil in a medium (whatever will hold the kale)
  3. Warm pan up with Medium heat add sliced garlic clove
  4. Add Kale
  5. Drizzle another tablespoon of olive oil over the kale
  6. Add Liquid Aminos to taste
  7. Add Pepper to taste
