This is a great recipe that I got from a Friend (@easyveganeatz), and it was combined with So Delicious recipe from their site. You know how I am, we can enhance anything 🙂 All I know is that this French Toast…. tasted like Jesus himself made it for his Birthday!!!!!! Why? Because we made for Christmas Breakfast for the familyyyyy!!!! They were a HUGE…HUGE…SUCCESS! #MyGod

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of So Delicious Holiday Nog
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 8 slices of your favorite Bread
  • Earth Balance Soy Free Butter
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Agave or Natural Maple Syrup (no high fructose corn syrup)
  • Flat Non Stick Skillet

Instructions

  1. Blend Holiday Nog, Bananas, Cinnamon & Vanilla in a mic (I used my Ninja)
  2. Pour your mixture into a flat pie dish (easier to dip)
  3. Heat your nonstick pan, and put a tsp of Earth Balance in the pan. Let it melt and coat the bottom of the pan. It will give your French Toast the perfect golden crust
  4. Place one bread slice at a time into the mixture, dip on both sides. You don't want them to be obnoxiously soggy.. just covered and dipped
  5. Pan fry each on both sides until it is golden brown. You will cook them until they are how you like them. Golden brown is perfection!!!
  6. Place powdered sugar in a sifter, or in a mess strainer and lightly tap the strainer so that it snows powdered sugar onto your Holiday French Toast
  7. Top with Agave or Maple Syrup, they are amazing with or without!
