The Rules
- Follow a diet. No! We don’t believe in diets. We believe in healthy lifestyles so the Meal Preps with Cooking with Que Program works! The Focus is a structured plan with a physical improvement as the end goal.
- You must complete two 45-minute workouts. One of the workouts MUST be outdoors (we get to play outside).
- Absolutely NO alcohol or cheat meals(PERIOD).
- Drink 1 gallon of water #Daily.
- Read 10 pages of self improvements book daily (AUDIO BOOKS DON’T COUNT).
- Create a Faith Goal, & Fast & Pray ONCE Per Week (6am-6pm).
- Snap a Pic Daily
