Ingredients
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Cucumber
- ! small knuckle of fresh Ginger Root
- Mint Leaves (a couple sprigs should yield 10+ leaves)
Instructions
- Slice all of your Veggies and Lemon
- Do Not Squeeze them
- Dump all the veggies, lemon, ginger, and min leaves into the pitcher
- Let the pitcher sit with all the fruits and veggies in the water over night.
- Have a glass for breakfast, breakfast, lunch
- Servings : 8+ servings
