Name: Easy Vegan Breakfast Bake
Ingredients: Shredded Potatoes (it's ok to grab some From the freezer); Daiya Cheddar Shreds; Daiya Mozzarella Shreds; Mushrooms; Tomatoes (cherry or whole; diced); Just Egg (2 bottles..unless it's just you..I've got 5 mouthes to feed); Fresh Spinach 2 - 3 handfuls; Pepper Blend; Garlic; Fresh; Minced (the more the merrier); Optional (Onions; Sriracha; Ketchen); Your favorite casserole dish; Non stick Spray

Ingredients

Shredded Potatoes (it's ok to grab some From the freezer)
Daiya Cheddar Shreds
Daiya Mozzarella Shreds
Mushrooms
Tomatoes (cherry or whole, diced)
Just Egg (2 bottles..unless it's just you..I've got 5 mouthes to feed)
Fresh Spinach 2 - 3 handfuls
Pepper Blend
Garlic, Fresh, Minced (the more the merrier)
Optional (Onions, Sriracha, Ketchen)
Your favorite casserole dish
Non stick Spray

Instructions

Preheat your Oven to about 400 degrees
Spray your casserole dish with nonstick spray
Load the bottom of the pan up with shredded hash browns. Make sure it's evenly distributed. It should take up half of your pan
Next, load this baby up with spinach. You can never use too much spinach. Just do it.
Then you are ready for the mushroom ministry. Make a complete later of mushrooms across this casserole, you want every bit to have EVERYTHING!
After the Mushrooms add your tomatoes. I used cherry tomatoes, but it's your recipe. You can use slices. Whatever you like. Do You Boo Boo!
Now.. if you want to add additional veggies, do it now. I might throw in some purple onions, basil, whatever. (Just look in your fridge and see what you need to get rid of lol)
Vegan Sausage time..... use your favorite, but make sure you cover the top with it
Next, top this baby with your vegan cheez. I used Daiya Cheddar and Mozzarella shreds. I mix them so you get an gooey gooey cheesy topping.
Finally add your Just Egg. If you have a larger casserole dish, you are going to need 2 bottles. Pour it across evenly. This is going to make the entire dish solid. I mean every bite will have everything in it. Like a breakfast lasagna!!!! BABYYYYYYYYY!!!
Top this with fresh cracked black pepper and garlic. (you can never use to much garlic... Garlic is from Jesus)
Place this baby in the oven for approx 20-30 minutes (depending on your oven). You will know the Breakfast bak is done because the Just egg will no longer be runny, it will be solid. The top layer will be cheesy with a slightly crisp top.
Guess what time it is now.... PLATEEEEEE ITTTTTTTT HONEYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!
Now if you are me,I like to mix Ketchup and Sriracha together to make a spicy Sriracha Ketchup!!! It is straighttttt fire!!!!!!

I give this a zero rating because you don’t finish how to cook it your website does not post anything past part for talk about leaving somebody hanging. Saw this on channel 2 news today and you didn’t say how much egg was in your mixture for the size ball you were using just left us guessing. I would love to know how to complete the recipe
