Ingredients
- Whole Green Beans (fresh or flash frozen)
- Garlic
- Canadian / Montreal Steak Seasoning
- Portobello Mushrooms (baby Bella’s)
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Sauté whole green beans in about a tablespoon of olive oil
- Add 4 or 5 cloves of fresh minced garlic
- Add 2 - 3 tablespoons of the Montreal/Canadian steak seasoning
- Add mushrooms last don’t want them to overcook
- Cook on Medium To Low heat so that the green beans cook but they don’t cook to fast
- Your green beans should still be green! Not Brown! Taste test them, they should be tender but with a little crunch
- Ready in : 15 Minutes
