It is seriously 5 degrees out right now, and I want Hot cocoa without feeling like I have Santa’s belly after I drink a whole mug.

Why did I not know Trader Joe’s Has Vegan Whipped Cream !!!??? What!!!!!!! Just read this recipe and drink this Cocoa !

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Vanilla Almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 table spoons of Sugar ( or Agave )
  • 1/3 Teaspoon vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together over medium heat . AVOID bringing to a boil
  2. Stir until there are no clumps and serve !
  3. Pro tips : I am a little hispanic so I love things to be a little extra so I am going to back up the suggestion that PETA throws out there of adding 1 pinch of chilli powder and 1/4 teaspoon of Cinnamon. Also see above : The miracle of Vegan whipped cream ! ( can be found at Trader Joes )
