Today we met on Facebook and Instagram for some Virtual Positivity and Hugs 🙂
It seems like there is so much negativity out there that we are missing out on finding the positive. Â So… we talked some of the positives out.
For example:
- You woke up
- You have lights
- You can breathe
- You can shower
- You can Brush your Teeth
- Pancakes? Â Yes you can make them lol (here’s a recipe)
We also came up with a plan, to save everyone from their Quarantine Boredom… Enjoyyyyyyy life! Â Your Family! and Stay Positive!
Now…we all need order so I figured we could have things to do daily, that will keep us in good health, and positive!
So the Daily Goals for the fam is:
- Always find the Positive
- Stay Hydrated
- Exercise for an Hour
- Get Rest (6-7 hours)
TODAYS QUE TIP!
Clean out your spice cabinet.
Respect the expiration dates on seasonings, saving Nutmeg from 2015 is useless.. you didn’t make that pie.. and you are not. Â Throw it out.
- Throw out all herbs and spices that have expired.
- Why:
- “Expiration Date” refers to the last date a food should be eaten or used. Last means last — proceed at your own risk.
I don’t know why we keep things for so long, it’s probably just something we were taught, and no one fact checked. Â Now you have something to do. Â Send me pics of what you found in your cabinet! Â WHat’s the oldest date. Â We are all human. Â Life happens, we get busy.. blah blah blah.. we’ve got time now saints. Â Lets make the most of it.
