When your body gives you signals do you pay attention to them?
Do you know what they are?
I am a vegan and allergic to dairy (nice right?). I found out as an adult. I used to be sick all the time. The copays and hospital visits were driving me crazy!! When they found out that I had sarcoidosis, through a lung biopsy - It. Changed. Everything. On top of that they learned that multiple reactions were occurring due to an egg and dairy allergy. Do you know how many things have dairy in it? It was even in the pills that several doctors were prescribing. Now, I pay attention to everything. I read the labels. I pay attention to what I put inside of my body, I know when it's lacking something.
Many times our body gives us clues to what it needs by the cravings that we get. What we have to do is think about the cravings that we want and give our body what we need, in the healthiest way possible.
