Drink water much?

** Did you know that the normal human body is 60% water? **

That being said, drinking water daily is pretty important (as I grab for my water, right now!).

As basic and tasteless as it is, it has so many health benefits!

When I wake up in the morning before I brush my teeth I drink an 8 oz glass of water. I know it doesn’t really sound like a big deal but drinking a small glass of water first thing in the morning has sooo many health benefits!

Drinking water on an empty stomach helps your digestive system to absorb nutrients easier.
Water helps to flush toxins from the body which in turn gives you clear glowing skin.
Drinking lots of water helps with weight loss by boosting your metabolism by 24%.
Balances your lymph system which helps to better improve daily functions, balance body fluids and even fight off infection.
It increases the production of blood cells and muscles!

Basically what I’m saying is 1 small glass of water in the morning could make a huge difference in your life. Try it!

    I drank 16 oz this morning after reading your content. I’ll try to do 8 minimum, daily, as prescribed!

    Thanks to my nutritional training by Lisa A. Smith, I have been drinking 25 ounces of spring water each morning within the first 30 minutes upon rising. This not only rehydrates my post-sleep body, but also ensures a healthy and regulated BM no longer than (no pun intended) 15–20 minutes thereafter. : )

    I love the idea of adding natural ingredients (i.e., the ginger, cucumber, and lemon that you mentioned, Que) to infuse my drinking water. This gives it a bourgeois kick!
