We had so much fun in our 20 Min Meal Class! The recipes were nice and easy, but the taste was out of this world! We sampled foods from Breakfast to Dinner but we decided to eat backwards! So we had dinner first and breakfast ended up being the best dessert.. I mean treat ever!!
Our first course was Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos, literally from Jesus! These tacos have just the right spice to wake you up from food boredom! They are filled with dark leafy greens, topped with perfectly baked Cauliflower bathed in Buffalo Sauce from Sweet Baby Rays, and Franks Buffalo Sauce and drizzled with fresh Guacamole Salsa!
Next, we tried an all season favorite, Veggie Bowls, loaded with sautéed kale, sweet potatoes made with fresh dill, cracked black pepper and agave, fresh diced tomatoes and my cousin quinoa!
Hunty listennnn, we all drooled over our 3rd course, Kale Medley, it was super tasty! Nobody could believe it was only seasoned with Liquid Aminos, and Cracked Pepper. Then, for the fourth course while we finished up the best way to prepare Kale ever, we indulged in the sandwich of your cold weather dreams, a Grilled Portabello Mushroom & Cheez Sandwich. Every single morsel of that sandwich was amazing!
All I'm saying is that the class was great! Large amounts of Food & Friendship! I'll fill you guys in on what else we cooked later! So look out for the the email with all the deets on the October classes in the next day or so... the Cooking with Que Fam gets first dibs!
