I know what you are thinking …. Chocolate Mousse out of a avocado !?

I am not Crazy ! Well Maybe I am ….. but only for this !

This is a treat for you and the babies without being unhealthy !!!

Just a few ingredients and a couple steps. You can throw this together mid day or after work no problem !

Ingredients

  • 6 pitted Dates
  • 10 TBSP of water
  • 1 Avocado
  • 3 TSP of cocao powder
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the dates into small pieces.
  2. Combine them, the maple syrup and water into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Peel and add the avocado and cocoa.
  4. Blend again until creamy. Serve with your choice of fruit or alone !
