This might be the worlds simplest dip recipe!  Literally it takes more time dicing the veggies. It’s super easy and you can whip this up for any type of event! It’s so good! Like did I say good. It’s tricking amazing!k I can’t even take it.

All I know is I’m not going to waste time giving you a backstory because it’s soo good and I just want you to eat it.

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado Diced
  • 1 cup of cooked Black Eyed Peas
  • 1 cup of cooked Black Beans (not required, just a bonus)
  • 1 Tomato Diced
  • 1/3 Cup Diced Red Onions
  • 1 bundle of Cilantro chopped and sprinkled
  • 1 Cup of Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing (grab your favorite)
  • Optional Ingredients: Red Pepper and Green Pepper
  • Tortilla Chips for Dipping

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl
  2. Stir
  3. Grab a Chip and Dip
  4. Shed a tear for how easy this recipe is!

    I loved this ! I kicked mine up a notch by adding (canned) diced tomatoes with green chili’s instead of tomato and I used a can of bushes fiesta black beans and some hot sauce. It was amazing!!!
