This recipe is so crazy good I can’t even explain it! You will just have to taste it for yourself!  YOU WILL WANT TO EAT THE ENTIRE CONTAINER.  Sharing is better 🙂

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup vegan sour cream or yogurt (I used Tofutti Sourcream
  • 1 tbsp of vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp of chopped fresh dill
  • 1/3 cup of chopped or sliced red onions
  • Fresh cracked black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh pepper blend (to taste)
  • Vegan Feta (optional)
  • Additional Sliced onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl add your sour cream, fresh herbs and seasoning
  2. Stir until well blended
  3. Add in cucumbers and top with fresh onions, cracked pepper, and feta if you are feeling fancy!
  4. Let's Plate It!
