Ingredients
- 6 Michigan Potatoes
- 3 bags of Cheddar Daiya Shreds
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic
- Pepper Blend (to taste)
- 1 cup Dairy Free Milk Alternative
- 1 Bundle of Fresh Parsley
- Baking Pan
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 & Wash your Michigan Potatoes
- Slice them in a food processor or by hand
- Grab your blender or processor and add 2 bags Daiya, Dairy Free Milk Alternative and a few sprigs of parsley to the blender and blend until smooth. It will look like you have homemade cheez sauce!
- In your baking dish, spray the bottom
- layer the bottom of the pan with potatoes
- top the layer with the cheez sauce
- sprinkle additional daiya cheez then pepper blend
- repeat the layer of potatoes, then cheez sauce, and top with more daiya
- Garnish with parsley and pepper blend
- bake for 20-30 mins, it depends on your oven
- PLATE THIS AND EAT IS AS A SIDE OR A MAIN DISH!!! JUST EAT IT'S AMAZING!
