Such a quick recipe for anyone of any age.  It is so good!

COMFORT FOOD.  DO YOU HEAR ME!  COMFORT FOOD!

Simple and Easy and If you want to surprise your Family this will be fireeeeeeeee for lunch or dinner!!

You know I’m all about sneaking in veggies, and making everyone say… this is Vegan!!!!! WHATTTTT!

Just know that it’s amazing and once you try it.. you have to take pics and tag me in them!

Ingredients

  • Pretzilla Pretzel Bun
  • 2 tbsp Daiya Shreds (Mozzarella)
  • 1/4 Mushrooms
  • 1-2 stalks of Fresh Kale
  • 1 tbsp Red Onions
  • 1/4 Vegan Sausage
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 450
  2. Slice your Pretzel Bun Open (if not presliced) and lay it on a pan flat
  3. Place your Bun in the oven with Cheez on it and place it in the oven so that the cheez gets a little melty
  4. Leave in the oven for 3 mins
  5. Once you take it out of the oven add your sauce, mushrooms and vegan sausage and onions on the bun and send it back to the oven for like 5-6 mins (everything will be in a real good relationship by then)
  6. Last round, add your Kale and close your sub up. It will be the most perfect crunch on the outside and warm gooey goodness on the inside.
  7. TELL ME YOU DON'T LOVE THIS SANDWICH!
