Sweet Potatoes are not just for Pies 🙂  This recipe is simple but the flavors are from heaven!

Ingredients

  • 2 Sweet Potatoes Diced (2 cups)
  • 2 sprigs of Fresh Dill
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Agave
  • 2 tablespoon of a salt-less steak seasoning
  • Olive Oil Pan spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven for 400 degrees
  2. Spray a baking sheet with the olive oil spray
  3. add your sweet potatoes
  4. give your sweet potatoes a light spray with olive oil non stick, so the seasonings stick
  5. sprinkle sweet potatoes with pepper blend
  6. season with fresh dill lightly chopped
  7. then drizzle agave all over the diced sweet potatoes
  8. bake in the oven for 15-20 mins, you will know the potatoes are done once you can stick a fork straight through
  9. Now plate this up as a side, or top a salad and just enjoy the fruits of your labor :)
