Vegan Baked Feta Pasta (TikTok Pasta)

Instructions

1. Set your oven to 400 degrees, & cook your pasta according to the instructions on the packaging, and set aside.
2. To make the cream sauce, you grab your food processor or blender and mix tofu (drained), seasonings, a portion the vegan cheez, and Nutritional Yeast together, pulverize!!!! I will give you the look and feel of Feta ( homemade baby)
3. In a pan that you are putting in the oven, make an entire layer of tomatoes.
4. Add a bit of olive oil, basil, and sea salt to the pan
5. add garlic to the tomatoes as well (this is how you make your own sauce)
6. In the middle of the pan, add the feta mixture that we created to the center of the pan, we will let the tomatoes and all the juices assist us I'm cooking our creamy sauce.
7. Place the pan in the oven (my God... It will smell amazing be prepared)
8. Cook for 20 minutes or until the tomatoes are blistered and ready to pop
9. After 20 minutes, give the ingredients a stir in the pan, the tomatoes should be bursting creating a feta cream sauce
10. Add your pasta, and add more cheez, stir and make sure all the pasta is covered ... a little layer of cheez and put back in the oven for like 10-15 mins, until cheez is melted
11. Top with fresh Basil and Nutritional Yeast and your tastebuds will be forever satisfied!
