Que gets this vegan garlic pasta from “Chive Kitchen ” ( Located on 33043 Grand River Ave ,Farmington , MI) That is possibly the best pasta I have had. We are talking better than Olive Garden.

When I saw this I was like “Chive Kitchen pasta!!!!!!”

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of cut grape tomatoes
  • 10 ounces of pasta ( Chive Kitchen uses Linguini )
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 Medium Shallots
  • 8 large cloves of garlic ( minced 1/4 cup )
  • Seal Salt and pepper
  • 3-4 tbsp of Flour
  • 2 1 / 2 cups of almond milk

Instructions

  1. Tomatoes : Cut in half and toss in olive oil, salt and pepper .
  2. Pasta: Cook the pasta according to instructions
  3. In a large sauce pan over medium heat cook 1 tbsp of olive oil , garlic and the shallots . add salt and pepper stir frequently for 3-4 minutes
  4. Add in the 3-4 tbsp of flour- whisk . slowly add the 2 1/2 almond milk continue whisking to avoid clumping.
  5. Bring to a simmer and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Combine all ingredients and Serve.
  • Servings : 3-4
  • Ready in : 30 Minutes
