Hey Family,

This post is way overdue but I have been SO busy! New move, clearer vision, lifestyle changes and balancing it all, has been … well let’s just say, slowly, but surely I’m making it do what it do!

I have literally been making these wraps, pretty straight for the past few weeks because they are SO quick and easy!

To make it fun, I’ve taken this same base that I’m sharing with you all below, and I switched out the Hummus to incorporate a few more flavor profiles:

  • Adding Terriyaki Sauce to go Asian
  • Adding Refried Pinto Beans and some Lucious Guacamole and I’ve gone Latin!

These wraps are filling, and keep my Husband happy soooo — wraps for the win! Alright Fam, I will no longer keep you waiting … the recipe is below … Enjoy the colorful veggie’s on the way down!!!
