Desserts – A healthier take on the Desserts you feed Yourself & Your Family!

Ok....

I tried not to give everyone the business on this topic, but the truth is.... IT'S TIME FOR CHANGE!

We need to change the thought process on desserts!

After dinner you think desserts are cakes, cookies, pies, pastries all that.  In my mind when I see it, I know we think that way because of the history,  because of those who came before us.  Desserts for holidays were pies, and cobblers.  Sweets.  High Fructose Corn Syrup. Sugars. All sugar everything.

Now welcome to 2018.  We have learned better ways, we know that we can eat better.  Everything doesn't  have to be processed.  Everything doesn't have to be "sugared" up.  There are natural ways to calm our cravings. Fruits and Vegetables have natural sugar.  We can change what desserts look like.  I offer Fresh Fruit trays to my clients, and even in our last class we made a crustless apple pie.  We control what we feed the people that come to our houses, we can change the image on what desserts are. You just have to do it.  This holiday season, switch it up.  Don't make the same pies, cookies, cakes, find a healthier version, and watch what people don't miss.
