Garlic: Life Changing
I love garlic with my whole heart, but sometimes I think people think I just eat it because of that. Listen Saints and Aint's ....I'm gonna tell you some quick benefits of garlic that will change your outlook of it. Some people won't eat it because, it makes their breath smell... well, I just want you to pack mints because you're gonna ask for extra after this, and since we are chatting ... I may as well give you a garlic recipe. ( Shout out to the persistent family member that forced me to get better and put it on the site, I really love your face)
1. Hair loss issues / Dandruff ?
Garlic has high levels of allicin, which is a surfer.. similar to what is found in onions, but it's used to treat hair loss, and assist with ridding yourself of dandruff. You can rub slices on your scalp squeezing as you go, or you can infuse your favorite oil and massage it onto your scalp
2. Acne?
Yep it can help there too, it's a natural way to heal blemishes, and rub a slice on a pimple for an all natural topical treatment, it's antioxidants kills bacteria (whoop whoop)
